Struggling to be the spiritual leader my family needs

Guys I'm being real here. I tell my kids to pray and read the Bible but honestly I'm barely doing it myself. Last night my 8 year old asked me a question about God and I didn't have a good answer. Feel like I'm letting them down. How do you actually lead spiritually when you're exhausted from work? I want to model faith but some days I'm just trying to survive.
