Struggling to lead by example when I lose my temper
Been trying real hard to be the spiritual leader my family needs, but man I blew up at my kids yesterday over spilled juice. Like full yelling mode. Afterwards I felt terrible because I just told them last week about controlling our anger and walking in Christ's love. How do you guys bounce back from moments like that? Do you just apologize and move on or is there more you do to show them what repentance actually looks like?
Man, I feel this in my bones right now. I'm running on fumes with my 3-month-old and yesterday I snapped at my wife over literally nothing. The fact that you're aware of it and want to do better means you're already leading by example more than you think.
