Struggling to lead my kids spiritually when I barely have time to pray

I want to be the spiritual leader my pastor talks about but between work and kids I'm exhausted. I'm skipping quiet time, I'm not praying with my family like I should, and then I feel like a hypocrite telling my kids about God's love when I'm running on fumes. Anyone have actual realistic advice that doesn't require waking up at 5am because that's just not happening right now?
