Struggling to lead spiritually when I'm not even consistent myself

I want to raise my kids with strong faith but honestly I'm all over the place with my own prayer life and Bible reading. How can I expect my 6 and 8 year old to take this seriously when they see me bailing on church whenever sports schedules conflict or I'm too tired? I want to model what a real faith looks like but I feel like a hypocrite. Anyone else wrestling with this?
