Struggling to model faith when I'm exhausted

Anyone else feel like a total hypocrite some days? I tell my kids to be patient and kind but then I snap at my wife because I'm tired from work. Been trying to pray more in the mornings before everyone wakes up but I keep hitting snooze. How do you guys actually walk the walk instead of just talking about it? My 8yo called me out yesterday for yelling and it hit different coming from him.
