Taking the kids to church alone this Sunday, nervous but excited

Wife's got a work thing so I'm flying solo with all three kids at church this Sunday. I know this sounds silly but I'm actually nervous about it. I want to make sure they're focused and respectful during service, not running around or causing a scene. But I also don't want to be that guy gripping them too tight, you know? I want them to actually experience worship, not just endure it. Praying it goes well. Any veteran solo dads got tips for keeping the crew together?

I flew solo with mine a few times and honestly it builds character for all of you. The hardest part is the anxiety before it happens. Once you're there with them you'll be fine. Let us know how it goes!

Why nervous? You spend time with your kids every day right? Church is just a different location. Pack some snacks for after if the kids can have them and you'll have three happy campers.

You got this! Three kids at church solo is totally doable. Pro tip: sit near the back so if someone gets antsy you have an easy exit. And don't stress if it's not perfect - your wife will just be proud you showed up.
