Teaching my kids about integrity when nobody's watching

Had a moment yesterday where my oldest found cash in the parking lot. Before I could say anything he asked if we should turn it in. I was so proud I almost cried. We went back inside and found the manager. On the drive home I told him how important it is to do the right thing even when it's harder and nobody would know. These are the moments that matter more than anything I could say in a lecture. Praying he carries that integrity with him his whole life.
