Teaching my son about integrity when I'm failing at it myself

My 10 year old came home asking about a situation where his friend cheated on a test. We talked about doing the right thing even when it's hard, but the whole time I'm thinking about how I've been padding my timesheets at work. How do you lead by example when you're not living it? Starting to feel like a hypocrite in my own home.

That's the honest stuff right there. Kids are way more forgiving than we think when we own our mistakes. Just keep showing up and trying to do better.
