Walking the walk at work is killing me

Guys I'm struggling here. I work in sales and the pressure to do whatever it takes to hit targets is intense. My coworkers are cutting corners and being dishonest with clients and my boss turns a blind eye as long as we bring in money. I want to stand firm on my values but I'm also the breadwinner for my family and I'm scared of losing my job. How do you balance being a man of faith while working in a godless environment? Need some perspective from guys who've been here.

Cutting corners catches up with you eventually. Stand firm on what you believe in - your kids are watching how you handle pressure, and that's worth more than any commission check.

That's a tough spot, but staying true to your values is huge. We make pizza from scratch on Friday nights with the kids, and I never want to be the guy who teaches them shortcuts are okay. Your integrity matters more than hitting a number.

Man, I feel this in my bones. Sales environments are brutal about that stuff. Have you thought about talking to your manager about where your actual boundaries are, or does that feel impossible in your situation?
