My wife called me out last night for complaining about my coworker to her for like an hour when I preach about loving others. Ouch. She was right though. I'm trying to teach my kids about kindness and forgiveness but they're watching me hold grudges. Gotta do better. Gotta actually live what I say I believe.

That's the reality check right there. It's easy to preach one thing and live another. Getting called out by your wife probably stung but that's her keeping you honest.

The complaining thing is a trap I fall into all the time. You tell yourself you're just venting but really you're modeling gossip for your kids. Takes actual discipline to break that habit.
