Walking the Walk When You're Struggling
I've been a Christian for years but lately I'm dealing with some stuff. Struggling with lust, anger issues, not being the husband and father I should be. And my kids are old enough to notice that what I say about God on Sunday doesn't always match how I act Monday through Saturday. I don't want to be a hypocrite. I've started going to men's Bible study and being more honest about my struggles instead of pretending I have it all together. It's humbling but I think it's actually making me a better witness to my kids. Anyone else trying to close that gap between belief and behavior?
Real talk, nobody's walking it perfectly. The fact that you're wrestling with this stuff and want to be better means you're already moving in the right direction. Small wins add up.
