Wife and I recommitted to family devotions
This is kind of a celebration post. After years of saying we'd do it, my wife and I finally started having 15 minute devotions with the kids before dinner. We read a passage, talk about what it means, and pray together. It's been two weeks and honestly it's already changing the atmosphere in our house. Kids are asking better questions about faith and we're all more connected. If you've been thinking about starting this I'd really encourage you to just do it.
This gives me hope. My wife and I keep talking about getting more intentional about our faith with the kids but we're so caught up in logistics. Did you have to change anything in your routine to make it work?
