Anyone else have a weird hobby nobody gets?

I've been really into model railroading for like 6 months now. Got the basement set up, tiny little town with a functioning train track that runs through it. My buddies think I'm insane but honestly it's the most relaxing thing I do. It's my zen thing after a chaotic day. My kids actually think it's cool which helps the wife tolerate it. Who else here has a hobby that seems kind of niche?

Man, that sounds awesome. My twins are still in the screaming phase but I'm already thinking about setting up something like that in a few years. The tiny town detail work sounds therapeutic honestly.
