Got a new pellet smoker last month and I cannot stop thinking about it. Did brisket last weekend that turned out incredible. This weekend I'm doing ribs. My wife is starting to joke that I love the smoker more than her. Guys what's your go-to thing to smoke? Need ideas.
That's awesome man, congrats on the brisket! I just got my first smoker set up and haven't fired it up yet but seeing posts like this has me hyped to try it this weekend.
Ribs are gonna be killer. I'm obsessed with my backyard setup too, something about smoking meat just hits different. Post pics if they turn out as good as that brisket.
Haha this is me but with my grill. I think about what I'm gonna cook way more than I probably should. There's something about slow cooking that just gets in your head.
