Anyone else's kid obsessed with dinosaurs right now?

My 5 year old has watched every single dinosaur documentary on Netflix at least twice. We went to the natural history museum last weekend and he lost his mind at the T-Rex skeleton. Now he wants dino toys for his birthday, dino pajamas, dino everything. Not complaining though, beats the phase where he only wanted to watch garbage truck videos. Any other dads dealing with this?

That museum trip sounds amazing. Nothing beats seeing that kind of pure excitement on their face when it all clicks. He'll remember that day forever.

We're in the thick of dinosaur season too and I've accepted that I now know way more about T-Rex than any adult should. The phase passes but the memories don't!

Oh man, the dinosaur phase is real! My kid went through the same thing - we ended up building a dinosaur diorama in the garage. Channeling that obsession into a project might be fun.
