Anyone else's kid refuse to eat anything green?

My 4yo has decided broccoli, peas, spinach, literally anything green is basically poison. We've tried the usual stuff - dipping sauce, mixing it in, calling it "dinosaur food" whatever. His 7yo sister will eat anything but this one? Nope. Thinking about just accepting we're gonna have a scurvy situation here. Is this a phase or am I doomed to sneak veggies into everything forever?
