Anyone else's kids refuse to eat anything green?

My 5 year old will literally starve before eating a single pea. I've tried everything - mixing it in, hiding it, making it fun. Nothing works. My wife thinks I'm not trying hard enough but I'm at my wit's end. How do you guys handle this?
