Anyone else's kids ruin every movie you try to watch

Sat down to finally watch that new Marvel thing everyone's talking about. Made it 12 minutes before my oldest needed help with homework, my youngest spilled juice, and the dog needed to go out. Now I'm watching it in 3 minute chunks at like 11pm. Pretty sure I have no idea what's happening but at least I'm watching it.
