Anyone else terrible at eating healthy?
I keep telling myself I'm going to meal prep on Sundays and it never happens. Then I'm at work scrambling to find something that isn't fast food. My kids eat better than I do which is embarrassing. The worst part is I know exactly what I need to do but I just don't do it. Anyone actually succeeded with this or is it just a myth that regular dads can eat clean?
Meal prep is my white whale too. Started trying to do breakfast stuff instead since that's where I actually fail. Baby steps.
