Anyone else watch shows just to have adult time?

So I'll put the kids to bed and just sit there with my wife watching whatever streaming thing we're on. Half the time I'm too tired to even pay attention and I'm falling asleep by episode 2 but it's the only time we're not dealing with something kid related. Right now we're rewatching The Office for like the third time because at least we know what's happening if we space out. My wife thinks I'm wasting time but honestly I think it's keeping me from going crazy.
