Backyard setup opinions - swing set vs sandbox vs trampoline

Got some tax refund money and want to upgrade the backyard. We've got decent space and I'm torn between these three things. Kids are 5 and 7. What gets the most use in your experience? Also open to other suggestions but trying to keep it under $500.
