Been smoking briskets all spring and finally getting my technique dialed in. Last one came out perfect. Planning a big cookout next month for the neighborhood. Fair warning though my grill setup is taking up like half the yard and my wife is NOT happy about it but that's a problem for future me to worry about.

That's awesome dude. Getting the brisket technique right is no joke. What temp are you pulling them at now? I've been wanting to try smoking one but my arm is already shot from coaching so I'm worried about the early mornings.

Perfect brisket hits different. Do you wrap yours or go naked the whole time? I've been experimenting with the Texas Crutch but my neighbor swears unwrapped is the only way.
