Need to replace mine and dont want to spend a ton. Yard is like 1500 sq ft nothing crazy. Electric or gas? Let me know what youre using.

Check Costco or Home Depot end of summer sales. That's when they clear out inventory and you can get deals. I grabbed mine in late August for like 200 off. For a small yard you really don't need anything fancy.
Go electric. Gas mowers are a pain to maintain and they're louder. My neighbors hate me less since I switched. Battery lasts long enough for small yards and the thing practically runs itself.

For 1500 sq ft electric is the way to go honestly. Less maintenance, way quieter so you don't wake the neighbors at 8am on Saturday. I got a Greenworks model for like 350 bucks and it cuts fine. Charges fast too.
