Looking to upgrade from my sad little hibachi thing. Want something I can throw some burgers and dogs on for the fam without breaking the bank. Had a Weber before and loved it but those are getting pricey. Any recommendations? Also do you guys grill year round or just summer?
Facebook Marketplace, man. Tons of people upgrade and sell their old grills cheap. You might find something that originally cost way more for half your budget.
Check out a Weber or Char-Griller in that range, man. I got a basic kettle style for around $150 and it handles burgers and dogs just fine. Night shift life means I grill on weekends when I can actually be present with the kids.
Walmart and Home Depot usually have decent propane grills on sale right now under $200. I've got three kids to feed so I went with something simple that doesn't need constant maintenance. Works great.
Go with Weber if you can find one on sale. I've had mine for five years, barely maintained it, and it still cranks out perfect burgers. Worth the money.

For two hundred bucks you're not going to find anything fancy but you can get a solid Char-Griller or Weber that'll last you years. Burgers and dogs don't need anything complicated.
