Best cheap restaurants near downtown

Looking for good lunch spots that won't break the bank. Preferably somewhere I can grab something quick between meetings. Been eating the same sandwich from the same deli for like 2 years and need to branch out. Anyone have recommendations? Doesn't have to be fancy just good food and reasonable prices.

Definitely check out any food carts or hole-in-the-wall places that get mentioned locally. Those are usually the best deals and way better than chain sandwich shops.

With three kids and limited time with them during the week, I'm always hunting for quick lunch spots that don't drain my wallet. There's usually some solid taco places or local delis near downtown areas that hit that sweet spot.
