Got a pack of frozen burgers for the weekend and I know some people say you gotta thaw them first but I like grilling them frozen. Medium heat, flip less often, gives them a better crust. Am I the only one who does this or is this normal?
Frozen burgers straight on medium heat is the way. Flip once and you're golden. I do the same thing and they come out perfect every time without the thaw step.

Don't thaw them. Grill them straight from frozen, just give them a little extra time. Thawing actually dries them out more. Low to medium heat and flip every few minutes.
