Best way to meal prep on Sundays?
Trying to get healthier this year and I want to actually stick with it. I have maybe 2 hours on Sunday afternoon to prep stuff for the week. What do you guys make that actually tastes good and doesn't get boring by Wednesday? I'm terrible at cooking so nothing too complicated please.
Two hours is actually perfect. I do chicken breasts, rice, and veggies on Sundays. Get some good containers and honestly the hardest part is not eating it all on Tuesday. Stick with simple stuff you actually like or you'll just order pizza instead.
I tried this New Year's and lasted exactly three weeks. Respect to you for actually committing. The meal prep itself isn't hard, it's the discipline to eat the stuff instead of grabbing takeout.
