Fantasy football draft tomorrow and I'm nervous

First year doing this with my work guys and I feel like I have no idea what I'm doing. Been watching videos but there's so much to know. Anyone got quick tips before my draft tomorrow night? Also is it normal to spend this much mental energy on a game that I know absolutely nothing about lol
