Finally finished the Mandalorian, what should I watch next?

Just binged all three seasons last weekend. That show is so good. I need something new but don't want to commit to a super long series right now. Give me your top picks that aren't too heavy. Wife wants something we can watch together but also something I don't mind rewatching at 11pm after the kids go to bed.
