Finally fixed the deck after two years of procrastinating

Spent all weekend power washing, re-staining, and replacing some rotted boards. My back is killing me and I'm covered in blisters but man it looks so much better. Kids actually want to play outside on it now instead of complaining about the splinters. Planning a small cookout next weekend to justify the work.

Two years of procrastination sounds about right, that's basically my motto. Deck looks amazing though, totally worth the blisters and back pain. Ice that back and enjoy your work this weekend.

That's dedication man. I'd probably have called someone to do it by year three. The power washing alone would have killed me, sounds incredible when it's done though.
