Been talking about it for 3 years. Last weekend I just decided to rip off the band-aid and start. Two days in and I'm realizing I should've watched more YouTube videos first. The footings are a mess but my wife says it 'has character'. Hoping I can salvage this thing.
Ripping off the band-aid is exactly how it works. I had the same thing with my garage renovation. Talked about it forever and then one day I just started and couldn't stop. How's it going so far?
