Heading out Saturday morning with some college buddies. Haven't played in forever and my swing is probably garbage but I don't even care. The wife is taking the kids so I basically get 36 hours of peace and quiet. Is it bad that I'm already counting the hours?
Nothing like getting back to something you love. Two years is a long time away from the course so just go have a blast with your college crew.
Take lots of pictures of the course if it's nice. I miss being able to just take off like that without having to coordinate four schedules first.
Dude, get out there and just have fun with it. Your swing will come back faster than you think once you get a few holes in. I'm still shaking off rust from before my son was born. Enjoy those college buddies too, that's gold.
Two years is nothing, you're gonna crush it. Fair warning though, you might be sore in places you forgot you had. Worth it though. Have a great trip man.
