Got the whole family sick and now I feel like the worst dad ever

Kids brought home something from school, I didn't think it was serious, then boom my wife got it, then the baby, now we're all miserable. House is a disaster, no one wants to eat anything normal, and I'm running on like 3 hours of sleep because my youngest keeps throwing up. Wife isn't even mad but somehow I feel worse about it than she does. This parenting thing is rough man.
