Grill season is BACK baby

Got the Weber out of the garage this weekend and fired it up for the first time since October. Made some brisket that turned out decent, ribs could've been a little more tender but the kids demolished them anyway. Weather is perfect. Who else has their grill going already?

Nice man, grill season is the best. My kids are already asking when we can do ribs again, so I feel you on wanting to dial that in. Weber's are solid though, you'll get those ribs perfect next time.

That's what I'm talking about! We fired ours up last weekend too. Brisket takes some practice but you're already ahead of the game. My crew would destroy whatever comes off that thing.

Dude, grill season hits different. Brisket decent on the first run is actually pretty solid. My kids always want me grilling something, so this time of year I'm basically a full-time pitmaster.
