Been intimidated by smoking meat for years but finally pulled the trigger on a pellet grill. Did a reverse sear on two ribeyes and they turned out perfect. Crust on the outside, pink and juicy inside. The whole neighborhood smelled like a steakhouse. My wife was impressed which is huge because she usually hates when I try new cooking stuff. Already planning my next cook.

Nice! I've been eyeing a pellet grill for a while. How hard is the learning curve really? I'm not super confident in my grilling skills but want to try.
