I'm convinced my 7 year old is secretly a comedian

We were driving home and he goes "Dad, why do they call it a building if it's already built?" Wife and I lost it. He's just hitting us with these observations that make no sense but somehow are funny. Then he started doing it on purpose to get reactions. Pretty sure he's going to be doing stand up by age 12 at this rate.
