Just discovered a pizza place and my mind is blown
There's this new spot that opened up by my office in Raleigh called "Brick" and holy cow. Got a Margherita pizza yesterday on my lunch break and it might've genuinely changed my life. The crust is perfectly charred, the sauce has this... I dunno, depth to it?
Taking the family there this weekend. At $18 a pie it's not cheap but way better than the usual Papa John's routine. Anyone in the Raleigh area should check it out.
lol at "genuinely changed my life" over pizza but also i get it. There's nothing like finding a legit spot near work. What makes the crust hit so different? Like is it the char, the dough quality, the cooking time?
