Just realized I can't remember the last time I slept past 6am

Is this just parenting? My kids are 3, 6, and 9. Even on weekends someone's always up early. I used to sleep till 10 on Saturdays. Now I'd kill for 7am. Not really complaining, just... is this my life now? Do I just accept 6am as my new forever wake up time?
