Just realized I haven't watched a complete movie in like 3 years

Was thinking about this the other day. Between the kids and work I just can't commit to 2 hours of uninterrupted anything. By the time they're in bed I'm too tired. I miss movies honestly. My buddy was telling me about some new thriller and I was like oh yeah I saw a 20 minute chunk of that once while my 5yo was watching Bluey in the same room. Anyone else dealing with this or is it just me? How do you guys find time for hobbies that require actual focus?
