Been intimidated by the whole low-and-slow thing for years but finally did it. 10 lb shoulder on the Weber smoker for 12 hours at 225°. Turned out tender, flavorful, perfect bark. My 6yo even asked for seconds which literally never happens with anything I cook. Feeling pretty proud of myself rn ngl

Did you use a specific rub recipe or just kept it simple? Been thinking about trying this but want to make sure I don't overthink the seasoning part
