Meal prep Sunday actually worked for once
Spent like 3 hours yesterday chopping vegetables and cooking rice and chicken. Packed it all into containers. This week I've actually made myself lunch every day instead of hitting the drive-thru. Saves like $50 too. Pretty stoked. Gonna try to keep it up but also acknowledging I'll probably give up in week 3 lol
The key is prepping stuff you'll actually eat. I made fancy meal prep bowls once and threw most of it away because I got bored eating the same thing five days in a row.
This is huge for busy weeks. When I started doing this it cut my weeknight stress in half because dinner was already basically ready.
