My 3yo has decided vegetables are poison

Broccoli, carrots, peas, corn - all poison apparently. Last night he literally gagged at the sight of a green bean. Meanwhile my older two will eat pretty much anything. How is this my kid? I'm not even trying to force it anymore, just putting it on his plate and letting him decide. Anyone else have a picky eater who eventually outgrew it or am I doomed?
