That's it. That's the post. Christmas came early. I'm going to spend every weekend grilling something. My neighbors are going to hate me but I don't care. Already made pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. The kids are refusing to eat "boring chicken" now so apparently I've ruined them for normal food. This is my life now and I'm at peace with it.
F for your neighbors but also this is amazing and you should absolutely lean into it. Just make some friends around the neighborhood with smoked meat. Problem solved.
The "ruined them for normal food" thing is SO real. We got a green egg and now my kids will literally ask if dinner was grilled before they'll eat it. It's a blessing and a curse.
