Worth it or nah? Everyone swears by them but I'm skeptical. Currently using a regular pot and slow cooker. Would it actually save me time or is it just one more appliance taking up space?
Everyone hypes it up but honestly if you're not doing meal prep it just sits there. My wife uses ours constantly for stock and batch cooking. Could see it being a waste if you're just cooking one meal at a time.
Instant Pot is legit if you meal prep. The pressure cooking actually saves time compared to slow cooker which takes forever. We use ours like 3 times a week. Definitely worth the counter space IMO.

Skeptical gang but then I borrowed my brother's for a week and I was sold. Tough roasts that would take 4 hours in a regular pot were done in 45 minutes. Game changer for weeknight dinners.
Save your money unless you meal prep or make a lot of rice and beans. We got one thinking it would be magical and it's basically a fancy pot now that we have a 4 year old who won't eat anything we make anyway.
