Rant: Why is Target kids' clothing so flimsy??
I buy my kids clothes at Target because the prices are okay but EVERY SINGLE SHIRT falls apart after like 10 washes. Holes in the seams, colors fading, elastic gives out. Meanwhile I bought my 5yo a Patagonia jacket when he was 3 and it's survived him and his brother still looks perfect.
I get that Patagonia is expensive but at that point is Target actually cheaper when you're replacing stuff every month? Genuinely asking if I should just switch stores bc this is driving me nuts.
Yeah I feel this. My solution was just buying less stuff but better quality. Fewer shirts that last vs a closet full of garbage.
Patagonia jackets are genuinely built to last and honestly they have pretty good pricing for what you get. The issue is people assume Target quality means it's comparable - it's not.
