Restaurant review: That Italian place on Maple actually slaps

Took the family to Marcello's off Maple Ave in Springfield last week (been open like 8 months) and genuinely had one of the best meals I've had in years. Homemade pasta, sauce that tastes like someone's nonna made it, and - this is key - they have a kids menu that isn't just chicken tenders. My 7yo actually ate real lasagna and didn't complain. Prices are fair for the quality. If you're in the area it's worth checking out. Only warning: can get loud with families during dinner time but honestly that's a feature not a bug for us.
