Road trip with 3 kids - any tips?

We're doing 14 hours to Disney in two weeks. This is our first big family road trip with all three kids. Got the iPad situation figured out but worried about the actual driving and bathroom stops and keeping them fed. Any dads here do long drives with little ones? What actually works vs what's just advice from people without kids.
