The dad bod is real and I'm making peace with it
Used to care about staying in shape but somewhere between having two kids and my job I just stopped. Now I've got a solid dad bod going on and I'm honestly okay with it. My wife says I'm still handsome and the kids don't judge me so why stress about it? I go for walks sometimes and chase the kids around but I'm done pretending I'm gonna get back to my gym routine. Who else just accepted it?
The dad bod is underrated. You're out here doing dad stuff, working, raising kids - that's the real workout. Forget the six pack idea, just embrace the new physique.
