The Great Lego Incident of 2024
So my 5yo dumped like 3,000 Legos all over the basement. On purpose. As an "experiment" to see what would happen. What happened is me stepping on 47 of them in bare feet and making sounds that probably terrified the neighbors. My wife found me sitting on the couch just... staring. Not even mad anymore, just defeated. We're donating half of them. I don't even care if he cries about it.
This is why I switched to a Lego bin with a lid that LOCKS. Best $20 I've spent. Your 5yo is clearly a scientist and needs structure. The kid who's smart enough to design an experiment is smart enough to understand cause and effect if you use the right consequences lol
