Thinking about switching jobs - need perspective

Got offered a position that pays like 15% more but it's got a brutal commute (I'm in Phoenix area). Right now I do 20 min each way and see my kids before bed. This job would probably be 45+ minutes with traffic.

Money would genuinely help - we've got college starting in a few years and it's stressing me out. But I'm also not trying to miss my kids' whole lives. Anyone in a similar spot? What did you choose and do you regret it?
